Not at all! Everyone of any fitness level is welcome at Juggernaut Fight Club. We will work together with you to improve your personal fitness. Whether your training goals are purely for fitness or competition, we will work towards them together.

Do I need prior experience in martial arts?
No prior martial arts experience is necessary. We will guide you along from the basics so as to get you comfortable with the pace of our classes.

What do I need to start out with?
The basic attire of a comfortable tee shirt and shorts is all you need for training.

For Boxing and Muay Thai, you would need to have a pair of hand-wraps and boxing gloves.

As you progress, you are recommended to purchase a mouth-guard for sparring and shin-pads for Muay Thai contact drills.

For Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, you would need to have a Gi and belt.

For Wrestling and No-Gi submission grappling, a comfortable tee shirt and fitting shorts will do just fine. However, we recommend investing in Rash guards for hygiene purposes.

Our Pro-shop is equipped with all the equipment you require for training.

Is there any danger involved?
With all kinds of physical activity, there is a certain element of risk involved. Do inform us beforehand of any pre-existing medical conditions/past injuries before joining our classes.

Our team of instructors is vigilant to minimize any risks and ensure training safety.

Sparring is fully voluntary for Boxing, Muay Thai and MMA. However, sparring is at the discretion of our instructors. They will know best if a trainee is ready and able to handle the sparring scenario.

Contact sparring is always conducted with full protection. This includes donning of a head-guard, mouth guard, groin guard and the wearing of 16oz gloves. Shin guards will also be worn during Muay Thai and MMA sparring.

In Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling, sparring is an integral part of the learning process where trainees will learn through practice, how to apply knowledge learnt on resisting opponents.

Friday is the designated sparring day for all our five disciplines.
