FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What should I wear or bring to class?

Please come in your comfortable sports attire. Shoes are not allowed for
Muay Thai classes, but it is up to your preference for boxing classes.

Please bring your own gear – hand wraps, gloves and shin pads if you are doing Muay Thai.

  • Am I allowed to come to class late?

We expect all students to be on time and respect both the instructor’s and the other students’ time. It is understandable if you are late 5-10 minutes, but we reserve the right to reject entry to anyone later than 10 minutes.

  • Can memberships be extended/paused?

We are able to extend memberships due to
injuries (provided with doctor’s MC) or overseas business trips.

The extensions are as follows:

3 months membership- 14 days extensions maximum

6 months membership- 21 days extension maximum

12 months membership- 30 days extension maximum

  • Does the gym provide hand wraps and gloves?

We do not provide hand wraps and gloves due to hygiene purposes. Kindly bring your own or approach our staff to purchase a pair from our stock.

  •  What modes of payment do you accept?

We only accept cash and NETS and PAYNOW.

  • How do I register? Do I have to book for a class?

Please book your class and slot through the MINDBODY app and make your payment at the gym.

  • Do you have free trials?

No, we do not offer free trials. Kindly purchase a 1 day pass at $35 to
try our classes unlimited for one day.

  • What classes can I join as a complete beginner?

Our classes are all levels, so feel free to join any class.

  •  What does unlimited on your packages mean?

Our packages are unlimited meaning you pay your fee upfront and can
train an unlimited number of sessions within your membership time frame.

  •  Can I pay by instalments?

No, our memberships are meant to be paid one time upfront.

  •  How many people can I expect in a class?

This is a common question, and the best we can say is that it varies.
Everyday is different and every class has a different number of people in class. You can expect anything from 2 – 15 people in a class. We can assure you is that every student gets the same amount of attention from the trainer.

  •  How long does it take to be a fighter? Can I join the fight team? Can I be a professional fighter?

Being a fighter is not as glamorous as TV makes it seem.  It requires a lot of commitment, dedication to your training, and discipline. Our head coach and instructors will assess those who have expressed interest in fighting and if you are consistent and dedicated. Sparring is required for those who want to fight.

  • Can I refund my membership?

Unfortunately, all sales are final and we do not make any refunds.
